No pressure on us, understanding our needs

We wish to thank Mr. Guy Madore for his need help to sell our home. This is our story. In 2017 we requested him for an estimation of our dream home, built for us in 1999. He walked the six and half acres through forests and meadows. But we were not ready! Mr. Madore put no pressure on us. In 2020, my husband fell seriously ill. It was time to sell, it hurt to see we could no longer take care of our home. Too much stress! Guy came back to visit, understood and started proceedings. My husband and I didn't know where to begin - land survey, water analyse, etc. Guy even went to Argyle Hospital in Sherbrooke for his signature to sell. Guy hired a drone to view our property from the air. When buyers visited, it was not necessary to be there. Guy took control. The house was sold within 3 months. All legal. We are pleased and peaceful. Sincerely.
